It empowers their customers to check their own work status, view diagrams and documents, without having to continually open dialogue with Optera’s staff.
Integration to their existing CRM meant staff re-training was mitigated to a minimum, and the majority of day-to-day updates are automated.
By reducing the handling of routine customer queries over email or the phone, it has freed up their staffs’ time and resource.
Built with React
Clean & Modern code, we chose to use React as the frontend UI for the custom development.
Developed especially for bespoke web applications, it makes user components easy to produce and modify for exact custom requirements.
For Optera, the job progression interface required a custom-built timeline to automatically update as work progressed.
